PERSONAL TRAINER
Aaron Aleman
Training with intent. Training for a purpose. Training for life.
That’s my motto when it comes to helping others with their fitness and health goals. My training career began in August of 2015 after I graduated from Texas Lutheran University where I was fortunate to also play baseball as a starting pitcher. After I graduated, I pursued a Master’s Degree from UTSA where I also interned with the Strength and Conditioning Department and had the ability to work with countless collegiate athletes from various sports. I have a sincere passion for helping others regain their life by implementing proper exercise. I also hold a soft spot in my heart for baseball players since baseball has been such a integral part of my life. My role is much more than just counting sets, reps, and “grinding” through workouts. Through God, I have been given the ability to help others grow not only physically, but also mentally. Exercise is simply a tool that you can use to show how strong and capable you are to accomplish whatever you set your mind to. When you work with me, your goals become our goals. I take get responsibility with the role I have been blessed with and the impact lifting weights can have on the lives of those I get to work with.

MY MISSION
Coach aleman
Your Goals become our Goals.
My job is to work with you every step of the way in your fitness journey. My job is to improve your life through exercise and that is a responsibility I don’t take lightly.
On top of the fitness, I also understand we are people and relationships are important. I genuinely care about your well-being outside of the gym. It’s important to have somebody in your corner that pushes you to do more. I do my best to be that person.
